Attorney Yang Yunfeng received a bachelor's degree in engineering from the University of Hong Kong in 1998. Afterwards, Mr. Yang studied law and obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of London in 2001. He also obtained a Professional Certificate in Laws (PCLL) from the Law Department of the University of Hong Kong in 2002 and began to work in the legal field.

Mr. Yeung established Wan Yeung Hau & Co. in Hong Kong in 2010 and is the founder and partner of the firm. Outside of work, Lawyer Yang, who loves football, founded the charity project "Play with Waves" in Hong Kong. In terms of social duties, he serves as the honorary advisor of the Hong Kong Translators Association, a senior member of the Hong Kong Institute of Directors and a member of the Hong Kong Association of Professional and Senior Executives.

Mr. Yang is good at handling litigation cases, including criminal, civil and matrimonial litigation, including commercial crime defense, company and contract disputes, land resumption and property disputes, workers' compensation, child custody and matrimonial property, defamation and other related litigation services.

Attorney Yang has extensive experience in corporate compliance, commercial litigation and commercial criminal defense. These include many high-profile business transactions and criminal malfeasance cases. In addition, Mr. Yang also has extensive legal service experience in handling regulatory agency investigations, large-scale commercial litigation and judicial review-related business areas. He has provided professional legal advice to listed companies and real estate developers, large companies and financial institutions in Hong Kong and the Mainland.
