Lawyer Wu Qixin holds a bachelor's degree in law and a master's degree in law (International Arbitration from City University of Hong Kong). She also holds a lawyer's practicing certificate of the People's Republic of China, a legal professional qualification certificate of the People's Republic of China, and a Hong Kong insurance industry license. She mainly provides legal services in civil and commercial matters and foreign-related matters.

In terms of public service, lawyer Wu Qixin serves as the deputy secretary-general of the Youth Research Association for the Construction of the Rule of Law in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area of ​​the Shenzhen Law Society, a member of the Shenzhen Lawyers Association, the secretary-general (elect) of the Hong Kong Legal Exchange Foundation (a listed organization in the legal profession of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Election Committee), and the assistant to the chairman of the Hong Kong Zhanjiang Youth Association, among other social positions.

In terms of social work, during the 2025 Hong Kong Legislative Council election, Wu Qixin served as the election manager of Barrister Ng Yingpeng, responsible for policy research (policy drafting) and external liaison (media public relations), and successfully assisted Barrister Ng Yingpeng to be elected as a member of the Legislative Council. After that, he participated in voluntary work in the Legislative Council many times.
