The main practice areas are international trade-related dispute resolution such as foreign-related intellectual property rights, as well as other corporate legal services such as risk prevention. Participated in representing many leading cross-border e-commerce companies in China. In the U.S. 337 investigation and parallel lawsuits filed by the client for infringement of U.S. invention patent rights, design patent rights, trademark rights and common law trade dress, he handled the evidence disclosure procedures and settled the case with the highest expectations of the client without having to pay any compensation. Compensation; Participated in representing a leading domestic cross-border e-commerce company in related fields to respond to the US Amazon neutrality evaluation process and its subsequent US federal litigation. Independently undertook some text and language exchanges with US lawyers, and participated in the patent free operation analysis (FTO) project before the client's new products entered the US market.
