Graduated from Central South University of Political Science and Law in 1999 with a bachelor's degree in law. Graduated from Wuhan University Law School in 2002 with a Master of Laws degree. He graduated from Wuhan University Law School in 2005 and received a doctorate in law. Since July 2005, he has taught at the Law School of Shenzhen University.
