Master of Laws from Shenzhen University and Master of Finance from Peking University. He has a combined background in finance and law and a solid professional foundation. He currently serves as a senior consultant at Guangdong Menghai Law Firm. He has been deeply involved in the investment and M&A industry for more than ten years. He has worked for Shenzhen Tiehan Ecological Environment Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Transsion Holdings Co., Ltd. and other large listed companies on the GEM, Science and Technology Innovation Board, and large state-owned capital operation groups.
