Master of Laws from Guangxi University, and concurrently serves as a member of the Young Lawyers Work Center of the Qianhai Law Working Committee of the Shenzhen Lawyers Association and a member of the Shenzhen Zhongli Legal Service Society. He is good at handling civil and commercial legal disputes such as corporate legal advisory business, contract disputes, equity transfers, private lending, etc. The total amount of litigation cases represented has reached billions of yuan.

Service objects and performance introduction:

Most of the clients are corporate clients. We have provided perennial legal advisory services and litigation legal services to dozens of state-owned enterprises such as a Guangxi company of a national investment group, a Guangxi forestry group Co., Ltd., and a Guangxi electric power group, and provided non-litigation special legal services for the equity transfer business of many of the above-mentioned companies.

Introduction to some participating projects:

1. Represented a natural person in a financial loan contract dispute between a certain bank and the subject matter of the lawsuit was hundreds of millions of yuan;

2. Represented a natural person in a contract dispute between a listed company and the subject matter of the lawsuit was hundreds of millions of yuan;

3. Represented a state-owned enterprise in a forestry contract dispute between a state-owned farm and the subject matter of the lawsuit exceeded 100 million yuan;

4. Represented an investment institution in an investment contract dispute with a technology company, and the subject matter of the lawsuit exceeded 60 million yuan;

5. Provided special legal services for the "New Folk Song Conference" large-scale music program sponsored by the Party Committee of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and produced by Guangxi Radio and Television Station, and was the only officially designated legal service provider team;

6. Represented a well-known Hong Kong artist and Hong Kong company in multiple litigation cases.
