Mr. Lin has more than 20 years of working experience in the legal field and is good at handling all types of civil and commercial litigation and disputes, including contract disputes, shareholder disputes and breach of director's duties disputes; land and property-related issues, including tenancy disputes, debt recovery, matrimonial litigation, employment disputes, construction disputes and bankruptcy matters, etc.

Ms. Lin represents clients in commercial fraud, white-collar crime and corruption cases, as well as regulatory investigations. Mr. Lam once served as a consultant lawyer for one of the largest real estate developers in Hong Kong, providing legal advice on real estate and leasing.
