邓佳琴

Lawyer Deng Jiaqin graduated from Southwest University of Political Science and Law (Civil and Commercial Law). Representative cases:

1. In the case of a financial loan contract dispute between Zhang Moumou and a certain municipal finance bureau, during the retrial stage as an agent, a good result was achieved in that the case was remanded for retrial and the plaintiff’s lawsuit was ultimately dismissed;

2. Represented Hong Kong Company A and Company B in a loan contract dispute. An arbitration committee supported all of our claims for liquidated damages;

3. Represented Shenzhen Company A in a case involving Shenzhen Company B, Company C, and Company D over a sales contract dispute. A court ruled that the three companies ABC were jointly and severally liable;

4. In the property rights protection case between Guo XX and Lin XX, I represented the second instance and obtained the result of the second instance changing the judgment.
